We are currently accepting applications for a hotel front desk concierge position at the Inn at the Michigan League. The Inn is a 21-room public hotel owned and operated by the University of Michigan. The front desk concierge staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all of our hotel guests.
Daily duties include:
Guest check-ins and check-outs
Assisting guests with reservations
Answering phone calls and emails
Providing directions and information about campus and the Ann Arbor area
Communicating with building staff (custodial, maintenance, and event set-up) and front desk colleagues
We are looking for a student who is professional and detail-oriented, has great communication skills, and can effectively problem-solve under pressure. The applicant should be proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate has experience in both customer service and cash-handling.

We are looking for an individual with flexible work hours who can work 4-6 hour shifts including some weekends (this will include three overnight shifts per semester and football weekends). There are opportunities to get extra hours if you want them.
